The top half of the paddock was deep ripped & cultivated for forages & grain in the past 4 Years. Cultivation country has received multiple applications of Rural Boss in the past 4 years for renovation. 1x 5000 gallon tank is filled from a Submersible Solar pump equipped bore located on the southern bank of the Boyne River. Uname is situated approx 3 klms from the Township of Durong & comprises of Brigalow, Belah Wilga country with good stands of Creeping Blue Grass, Green Panic, Native Grasses & Siratro Legumes Urochloa, Clover, Gayndah Buffel & Rhodes grass.. Uanme is soft undulating country split into 3x main paddocks each with permanent dams & seasonal creeks & gullies running through. Previously grown in the past, Peanuts, Sorghum, Wheat, Barley, Oats, Lab Lab & Millet. Permanent dams water each paddock with a seasonal creek running through called "Waterloo". Two thirds has been Rural Boss treated & recently worked & prepared for further pasture development or forage with approx 80 percent also being deep ripped .
